The Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital has opened its new Renee and Meyer Luskin Children’s Clinic in Santa Monica to serve the children and families on the Westside.

Local business owners and longtime Westside residents Renee and Meyer Luskin donated $250,000 for the seed funding of the clinic, located at 1530 Arizona Ave., Santa Monica.

Hospital officials say that the clinic is the first of its kind on the Westside, as the facility will treat all children, regardless of the family’s ability to pay.

The Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital celebrated the opening during a ceremony Wednesday, May 13th.

The new state-of-the-art outpatient facility will treat children for a variety of orthopaedic conditions and ensure that the highest quality orthopaedic treatment and care will continue for many generations of children to come, hospital officials said.

The clinic will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and accepts most insurance.
