CONCERT TRIBUTE — A Mother’s Day concert tribute to moms by Fataneh Eghbali, a voice student and music major at Santa Monica College, is scheduled to begin with a reception at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 14th, in the patio garden of the Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 1730 Wilshire Blvd., Santa Monica. Five love songs conclude the program, sung in Persian, English and Spanish. The performance celebrates the release of Eghbali’s solo CD and DVD, Live With Fataneh Eghbali in Concert.
