Thirty six kindergarten students from St. Anastasia Catholic School in Westchester learned how to make pizza during the Third Annual Restaurant Tour, Tuesday, May 24th, at Tony P’s Dockside Grill in Marina del Rey.

The event featured lessons on how to make creative pizzas and a tour of the restaurant and kitchen.

Students also received free chef’s hats.

“This was a great chance for kids to see how a real restaurant works behind the scenes,” said restaurant co-owner Tony Palermo.

“Plus, what kid isn’t excited about making his or her own pizza,” he added.

Eleven parents joined the students for the field trip.
