The sixth annual ART for CLARE event benefiting the Santa Monica-based CLARE Foundation will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 10 at Bergamot Station and Lanisha Cole Gallery, 2525 Michigan Ave., Santa Monica.

More than 60 artworks by artists such as Roland Reiss, Ed Ruscha, Anthony Hopkins and Kim McCarty will be auctioned at the event, with proceeds going to CLARE.

The CLARE Foundation works to provide compassionate and affordable residential and outpatient treatment programs to people seeking recovery from alcoholism and substance abuse. The organization offers 11 residential, outpatient and community-based programs on the Westside.

Visitors will have the chance to purchase art from some highly regarded local artists, sample some free local cuisine, and bid on silent auction items that range from luxury vacations to spa packages. Eateries participating include Melisse, Kate Mantilini, Fonuts and Global Cuisine.

The silent auction is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.

The fundraiser is co-chaired by actress and best-selling author Meredith Baxter and Linde Caughey.

Tickets are $25 for general admission.
