The public hearing for the Oceana Retirement Facility/Holiday Harbor Courts project on Parcels OT/21 has been rescheduled by the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission for 9 a.m. Wednesday, December 16th at the Hall of Records, Room 150, 320 W. Temple St., downtown Los Angeles.
The public will be given an opportunity to testify on the project.
The draft environmental impact report (DEIR) associated with this project will also be considered.
The project consists of two components requiring two coastal development permits, two conditional use permits, and two plan amendments of the Marina del Rey Local Coastal Program (LCP).
The DEIR can be reviewed at the Lloyd Taber-Marina del Rey Library, 4533 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey; or the Venice-Abbot Kinney Memorial Library, 501 S. Venice Blvd., Venice.
Written comments that are received on the DEIR prior to the close of the public hearing on the project will be considered in the final EIR.
