A public hearing on a parking permit request for the Marina del Rey Hotel will be held early next month.

The applicant is requesting a parking permit to allow for a reduction in required parking from 386 to 322 parking spaces in association with the renovation of the existing Marina del Rey Hotel, 13534 Bali Way.

The parking reduction only applies to the hotel renovation project; all parking for the private marina located on the waterside will be provided to current code standards, according to the county Department of Regional Planning

The meeting is scheduled at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 3 at 320 W. Temple St., Room 150, downtown Los Angeles.
