Residents in the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) area are invited to an LAX community liaison town hall meeting addressing a variety of airport issues in Westchester Tuesday, January 19th.
The meeting was organized by City Councilman Bill Rosendahl’s office and will include representatives of Los Angeles World Airports, the city agency that operates LAX.
Among the issues that will be discussed include soundproofing and noise, LAX modernization, runway safety, LAX northside properties and the state of the airport industry.
The town hall is scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Orville Wright Middle School auditorium, 6550 W. 80th St., Westchester.
