A 17-year-old girl received a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her right leg Saturday, October 21st, in the 2700 block of Pico Boulevard, Santa Monica.
Santa Monica police responded at 9:57 p.m. to calls of shots fired at the scene.
When officers arrived at the location, they spoke to the victim, who told police she was walking into an apartment complex when she was shot. She was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to a local hospital.
Police said she was not able to provide a description of the suspect or suspects.
