BURGLARY

FROM A VEHICLE

The following items were taken in Marina del Rey burglaries involving vehicles:

a handbag valued at $660 in the 14000 block of Captain’s Row between 8 p.m. Sunday, May 22nd, and 6:30 a.m. Monday, May 23rd;

a CD player valued at $250 in the 4400 block of Via Marina between 7:30 and 9 p.m. Wednesday, May 1st;

a briefcase valued at $1,100 in the 13900 block of Old Harbor Lane between 4 p.m. Saturday, May 21st, and 9 a.m. Monday, May 23rd;

two leather binders and contents valued at $270 in the 13900 block of Northwest Passage between 7:45 a.m. Sunday, May 22nd, and 7:30 a.m. Monday, May 23rd;

two employee identification cards of unknown value in the 4600 block of Via Marina between 1 a.m. Sunday, May 22nd, and 8:30 a.m. Monday, May 23rd; and

a wallet and contents valued at $40, $20 and a driver’s license valued at $15 in the 13900 block of Old Harbor Lane between 10:30 p.m. Sunday, May 22nd, and 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 23rd.

GRAND THEFT

The following items were taken in Marina del Rey grand thefts:

a ring valued at $10,000 from a business in the 4700 block of Admiralty Way between 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. Thursday, May 19th;

a laptop computer valued at $1,200 in the 14000 block of Tahiti Way between 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 28th, and 8 a.m. Friday, April 29th;

a laptop computer valued at $2,000 and a broadband wireless card valued at $300 in the 4100 block of Admiralty Way between 9 and 9:15 a.m. Saturday, May 14th; and

a computer valued at $2,500 in the 4300 block of Admiralty Way between 2 p.m. Thursday, May 12th, and 1 p.m. Saturday, May 14th.

VANDALISM

Two tires valued at $120 on a 2000 Saturn were slashed in the 4600 block of Admiralty Way between 6 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 26th.

Two tires valued at $300 on a 2004 Jeep Cherokee were slashed in the 4600 block of Admiralty Way between 6 and 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 26th.

A door frame and a deadbolt lock were broken in the 13900 block of Tahiti Way Thursday, May 19th;
