BURGLARY

The following items were taken in Marina del Rey burglaries:

a laptop computer valued at $1,800; a personal computer valued at $600; a camera valued at $900; a pen valued at $4,000; and a wedding band valued at $5,000 on Old Harbor Lane between 11 p.m. Saturday, August 13th, and 9:20 a.m. Sunday, August 14th;

a marine radar system valued at $6,500, from a boat in G Basin Tuesday, July 12th, or Wednesday, July 13th;

money and jewelry valued at $30 in the 13900 block of Fiji Way between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday, July 18th;

a watch valued at $725; a watch valued at $300; and a wallet valued at $2 in the 13900 block of Tahiti Way between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Friday, August 5th; and

a guitar valued at $800, from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Tahiti Way between 1 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 17th.

FORGERY

A victim alleged that his former girlfriend stole one of his checks, made it payable to the victim for $29,000, forged his name and deposited the funds into her bank account on Admiralty Way Tuesday, July 5th.

GRAND THEFT

The following items were taken in Marina del Rey grand thefts:

a backpack valued at $40; text books valued at $300; $116; shuttle boat tickets valued at $14; and school supplies valued at $50 in the 4400 block of Admiralty Way at 11:20 p.m. Saturday, August 13th;

an outdrive motor valued at $10,000 in the 4600 block of Admiralty Way between 4 p.m. Sunday, July 10th, and 10 a.m. Monday, July 11th;

a boat propeller valued at $600 on Mindanao Way between 11a.m. Saturday, July 23rd, and 11 a.m. Thursday, July 28th;

a laptop briefcase valued at $100; a laptop computer valued at $1,500; an external computer drive valued at $129; a camera valued at $400; and a bracelet valued at $900 in the 4100 block of Admiralty Way between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 18th;

an outdrive motor valued at $15,000 from a boat in the 13500 block of Mindanao Way between May 15th and July 20th;

a camera valued at $336, a memory card valued at $75 and a camera case valued at $4 in the 4100 block of Via Marina between 8:30 and 9 p.m. Monday, July 4th; and

a handbag valued at $30, $230, a cell phone valued at $240 and a wallet and contents valued at $25 in the 13900 block of Panay Way Thursday, July 21st.
