BOTTLE OF WINE

A resident in the 2600 block of 34th Street called police at 9:42 p.m. Monday, September 20th, after a bottle of wine he had set on his kitchen counter mysteriously vanished.

The man told police that he did not hear anyone enter or leave the residence. The man walked outside and near his home he discovered the bottle of wine — half-empty — on the ground.

The loss was estimated at $3.

ONE HIGH SCHOOL GIRL STRIKES ANOTHER

Police were called to the 300 block of Santa Monica Boulevard at 9 a.m. Saturday, September 25th, after a female student allegedly struck another female student with her fists.

The victim said that the suspect fled after landing the punches.

CASH STOLEN

FROM PARKING GARAGE

An employee of a parking garage in the 2500 block of Wilshire Boulevard told police that a suspect entered the parking garage office sometime between 5:30 p.m. Friday, September 24th, and 8:30 a.m. Monday, September 27th, and stole two envelopes containing a total of $140.

The investigation is ongoing.

POLICE CALLED AFTER SUSPECT RAISES HANDS AT CAR SALESMAN

Police were called to the 1700 block of Santa Monica Boulevard at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, September 28th, after a man walked into a car dealership, raised his hands at a car salesman and ran off.

The suspect is still at large.
