Congresswoman Jane Harman, a Democrat from Venice, invites the public to join her on a free bike ride from Torrance Beach to Venice Beach, Saturday, October 28th.
A kickoff breakfast will be held at the Omelette and Waffle Shop, 1103 S. Gaffey St., San Pedro, before the 9 a.m. bike ride. The waffle shop opens at 6 a.m.
The bike ride starts at Torrance Beach, 387 Paseo de la Playa, Torrance. The group meets in the Paseo del Mar parking lot in Torrance.
A thank-you celebration to Harman’s guests will be held at the end of the ride at 1 p.m. in Venice Beach.
