The First Lutheran Church of Venice will begin its third series of world-class music with UCLA organist Christoph Bull at 4 p.m. Sunday, November 7th, in the church chapel, 815 Venice Blvd., Venice.
The music series also celebrates the church’s 60th anniversary and will be the public debut of the church’s new state-of-the-art pipe organ.
Bull plans a program that ranges from Bach to the Beatles.
He will be accompanied by artists Steve Nalepa and Norton Wisdom.
Adult tickets to the Sunday, November 7th, concert are $15 and tickets for children and seniors are $10.
Subsequent concerts in the series will include the Colburn Children’s Choir at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 12th; the Pacific Harmony String Quartet at 7 p.m. Saturday, February 5th; and Scott Hiltzik and House of Games at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 10th.
Admission to the series is a suggested donation of $60 for adults, $40 for seniors 65 years old and older and children under 18 years old.
