The Native Sons of the Golden West has made a $50,000 donation to the Saint John’s Health Center Cleft Palate Center in Santa Monica.

The group has been supporting the Cleft Palate Center for more than 35 years and its contribution to the center has now passed the $1 million mark.

The Native Sons of the Golden West is a cultural group of more than 9,000 people who support the health of children.

The group was originally formed to keep alive the memory of pioneers who helped settle California.

The Cleft Palate Center at Saint John’s was founded in 1965. More than 2,000 children from Southern California have received treatment at the center.
