A Kentwood Kids theater production of the novel Charlotte’s Web will be presented at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturdays, April 10th and 17th at the Westchester Playhouse, 8301 Hindry Ave., Westchester.

E.B. White’s classic tale about friendship, acceptance and coping with the realities of life unfolds in the barnyard, where timid Wilbur the pig develops a friendship with Charlotte, a spider who spins an unusual web.

The production is directed by Meredith M. Sweeney and produced by Drew Fitzsimmons.

Featured in the cast are Arwen Baker, Liam Baker, Jordan Bland, Makenzie Browning, Elizabeth Cruz, Melissa Cruz, Samantha Cruz, Brooklyn Davidson, Emma Erenmark, Rachel Evans, Ezekiel Fredericks, Logan Hannig, Katie Hartouch, Micah Haynes, Kobe Kubes, Caroline Macou, Asher Mercado, Margerite Nunez, Annie O’Neill, Hope Schaaf-Grisham, Natalie Turquand, Courtney Vanden Eikhof, Skylar Washington and Susan Weisbarth. Martina Povolo plays Wilbur and Petra Schaaf-Grisham stars as Charlotte.

Audience members are invited to meet the cast and enjoy refreshments in the theater lobby after the performance.

Tickets are $10 with a special family “four-pack” of seats for $35.
