The Acoustic Saints will headline a “Live from Loews: California Classics” concert Friday, Aug. 17 at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica.
The show is scheduled from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Aug. 17 at Loews, 1700 Ocean Ave., Santa Monica.
Founded by melodic rock performer Stan Bush and Chuck Wright (Quiet Riot, House of Lords), the Acoustic Saints “reinterpret” classic rock from the 1970s and 80s with a moody atmospheric vibe, a band promoter said. The band performs covers of classics such as “Hotel California” and “Whiter Shade of Pale” or Bush’s penned “Love Don’t Lie,” made popular by the House of Lords.
Visitors will have the chance to enjoy the concert poolside, fireside and bar-side at the hotel in a setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Pier.
Executive Chef Keith Roberts offers contemporary California coastal cuisine served alongside signature cocktails, fine California wine and locally-crafted beer from Angel City brewery. Chef tastings include tray-passed hors d’oeurves, signature sushi rolls and artisan brick oven pizzas.
Tickets are $45 to $55. Complimentary valet parking is provided.
