The Venice-Marina Rotary Club plans to hold a pancake breakfast Saturday, May 3rd, with all proceeds being used to help refurbish Los Angeles Fire Station 63 in Venice.

Station 63 firefighters will begin serving pancakes to the local community at 8 a.m. at the station, 1901 Shell Ave., Venice. A donation of $5 is suggested to attend the breakfast.

Entertainment will include balloons for the children, cheerleaders and rides on the fire trucks.

Adopt a Fire Station sponsors who donate $1,000 or more will have their names engraved on a plaque in the station along with their name on a cement stepping stone on the walkway in front of the station.

Corporate sponsorships are available in the “Adopt a Fire Station” program. Contributions, checks may be made payable to Venice-Marina Rotary Foundation, c/o Kent Truckenbrod, 1230 Rosecrans Ave., # 102, Manhattan Beach 90266. All donations are tax-deductible.
