An update on a preferential parking proposal for the neighborhoods adjacent to Loyola Marymount University will be given at the university’s neighborhood advisory committee meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 19 at Roskin Dining Hall in University Hall.

In addition, the use of the former campus recycling center and an update on LMU’s master plan are also on the agenda.

The university has initiated a master plan that will revitalize the campus’ academic facilities and add more dormitories. It is a 20-year plan that was approved by the Los Angeles City Council in 2011.

The advisory committee meetings take place approximately every three months and are part of an ongoing effort by the university to address homeowners’ concerns about a variety of topics, including safety and student parties.

University Hall is at 1 LMU Drive, Westchester.
