A coalition of local public interest groups will meet next week to discuss the periodic review of the Marina del Rey Local Coastal Plan (LCP).
The California Coastal Commission is currently reviewing the Marina LCP, as the commission is mandated to do every five years.
The coalition will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 29th, in the Burton Chace Community Building, 13650 Mindanao Way, in the Marina.
A final hearing on the LCP periodic review is planned by the California Coastal Commission early next year but no date has been announced.
Other items to be discussed are affordable housing and small boat issues.
