The comedy Run For Your Wife about the life of a polygamist will be presented at the Morgan-Wixson Theatre in Santa Monica beginning Saturday, January 16th through February 13th.

Performances are scheduled at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays at the Morgan-Wixson, 2627 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica.

The play tells of John Smith, an ordinary man with an extraordinary love life.

Smith’s lifestyle is dependent upon meticulously executed subterfuge, with great comic effect, a theater spokesman notes. The play is considered the most successful among the large body of theatrical works by Ray Cooney, Britain’s “master of farce.”

Director Tina Polzin and the cast are all making their Morgan-Wixson debuts, bringing an array of New York and international credits.

The cast features Paul Guay, Michael Silva, Tristan Wright, Laura Buckles, Rebekah Voss, Morgan Krantz, and Justin Wade.

Ticket prices are $18 for general admission and $15 for seniors and students. Licensed taxicab drivers are admitted free.

Tickets may be purchased through the box office at (310) 828-7519, or online at
