Wright captured a first-place award for online photo and photo editor Art Sanchez won top honors at the competition for feature photo.

In the live competition, Corsair staffers won four awards. Aleksandra Ilicheva won second place for opinion writing and third place for copy editing, Mike Roach captured fourth-place for opinion writing and Lisa Anderson won honorable mention for critical review.
