Ten new retailers, both local and national, will be joining the list of nearly 60 retailers and restaurants at the renovated Santa Monica Place. The open-air mall, owned by Macerich, is scheduled to open August 6th.

Slated for the first level are Ever, a Los Angeles-based establishment offering travel collections for men and women (1,192 square feet); Kenneth Cole, known for men’s and women’s clothing, shoes and accessories (2,092 square feet); and Ugo Café, a new location of a popular Italian café (428 square feet).

Retail shops for the second level include the new concept Disney store, utilizing technology to highlight the most popular characters and stories (4,874 square feet); Charlotte Russe, a fashion retailer for young women (5,177 square feet); Hot Topic, a teen clothing and accessories store (1,967 square feet); Skechers, which will specialize in the brand’s Shape-ups toning footwear (1,739 square feet); Bertini, a locally based retailer offering men’s and women’s shoes and accessories (2,314 square feet); and Gallini, a Santa Monica retailer featuring men’s clothing and furnishings (2,645 square feet).

Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, offering yogurt treats, will be located on the third level, the rooftop dining deck (1,091 square feet).
