The Santa Monica Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a man wanted in connection with stalking/peeping incidents last month. Police say that between Nov. 23 and 30, the suspect was allegedly seen peeping into a woman’s bedroom window near the intersection of Colorado and Centinela avenues, three separate times between 5 and 10 p.m. Each time, the man used a stepping device to reach the window, police said.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, approximately 30 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, with a thin build, short dark hair, dark eyes, medium complexion, and full dark moustache. The man, who was also seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark boots, spoke with a deep voice (with no accent), police said.
