Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) will serve as the keynote speaker at a Washington Report luncheon hosted by the LAX Coastal Area Chamber of Commerce Wednesday, Jan. 18.
The event will take place at the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel, 6101 W. Century Blvd., Westchester. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at noon.
Feinstein has served as a U.S. senator for California since 1992. She will present a firsthand look at what is currently happening in Washington, D.C. and how the actions of congress are impacting the personal and professional lives of local residents and other Americans.
Some of the topics that will be addressed include recent legislation, job creation, potential economic stimulation and Los Angeles International Airport issues.
“The chamber is honored to have Sen. Feinstein speak to the community and members of our organization,” Chamber President/CEO Christina Davis said. “We look forward to hearing about what is happening nationally, which, in turn, affects us locally.”
The event is open to the business and residential LAX coastal communities at-large. All are welcomed to RSVP and attend.
Tickets are $75 per person for general admission, or $65 for chamber members.
