Thirty-year Sierra Club member Michael Stevenson is scheduled to give a presentation “China: An Environmentalist’s Perspective” at a meeting of the club’s Angeles chapter Monday, May 19th.
The presentation, which will focus on energy use, water quality and endangered species in China, is scheduled to begin at 7:45 p.m. in the Burton Chace Park community building, 13650 Mindanao Way, Marina del Rey.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
A member of the Angeles chapter’s Air Quality, Global Warming and Energy Committee, Stevenson is also a program chair of the San Fernando Valley group. He is a clinical psychologist and a member of the Environmental Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association.
