The following items were taken in Marina del Rey burglaries:
two speakers valued at $300, a speaker box valued at $100 and an amplifier valued at $300 in the 14000 block of Old Harbor Lane between 6 p.m. Thursday, May 5th, and 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 6th;
a wallet and contents valued at $50, boots valued at $100, 20 DVDs valued at $400 and five bottles of water valued at $30 from a storage area in the 14000 block of Marquesas Way between 6:05 a.m. Saturday, April 30th, and noon Friday, May 6th; and
a steamer trunk valued at $50, a wooden box valued at $5, books, magazines and other items valued at $500 and jars and glassware valued at $50 in the 4300 block of Via Marina between 5 and 7 p.m. Thursday, April 28th.
INVOLVING A VEHICLE
A stereo valued at $200, 2,000 compact discs valued at $4,000 and an amplifier valued at $150 were taken from a vehicle in the 4600 block of Via Marina between 9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 5th, and 8:50 a.m. Friday, May 6th.
The following items were taken in Marina del Rey grand thefts:
a cell phone valued at $499, a cell phone earpiece valued at $85 and a memory chip valued at $75, taken from a backpack in the 13345 block of Fiji Way between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday, May 6th;
an outboard motor valued at $1,000 in the 13500 block of Bali Way between April 1st and 29th;
a bicycle valued at $1,100 and a bicycle valued at $1,650 in the 13900 block of Panay Way between 5 p.m. Friday, April 29th, and 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 30th; and
a wedding ring and a two-piece wedding band valued at $3,000 in the 4300 block of Marina City Drive Monday, April 18th.
