Los Angeles Times columnist Sandy Banks is scheduled to speak at the Westchester Mental Health Guildís annual spring meeting at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday April 22nd, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 6323 W. 80th St., Westchester.

Banks was previously the featured speaker at the Mental Health Guildís annual meeting in 2002.
