‘Studio Visions,’ a group exhibition of paintings in watercolor, oil, and acrylic by the Venice Art Forum, will be exhibited from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 13th at the Center for Art and Spirit, 961 Lake St., Venice.
A portion of all sales will benefit the Alcott Center for Mental Health’s Art Program.
The Venice Art Forum is a group of Los Angeles artists who say they share the values of inner exploration and spiritual transformation as an essential component of their art.
Forum artists explain that the exhibition includes personal works that express the mysterious nature of abstractions, meditations on imaginary landscape, vivid realistic portrayals to spontaneous expression in paint and color.
The show features the work of artists Ciya, Debra Gangale, Carole Garland, Barbara Golbin, Linda Jacobson, Regine Legler, Melissa Reischman and Jean Wolff.
The group’s art has been displayed in previous shows at the Social and Public Art Resource Center (SPARC), Available Light and the Rose Café.
