Longtime Westchester resident Dale Neumen has won Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s $20,000 Sweepstakes.

Neumen, a retired Air Force first lieutenant who served in World War II and a former engineer for California highway department, won the contest when his name was drawn from Brentwood Court real estate agent Pamela Miller’s mailing list.

He is the first of three generations of USC graduates and he enjoys traveling worldwide and fishing in his spare time.

He said he planned to use the money to replenish his savings after his latest trip to Machu Picchu, Peru.
