A “Your Streets” informational meeting on street maintenance issues in Venice is scheduled Thursday, March 27th, by the Venice Neighborhood Council, Los Angeles City Councilman Bill Rosendahl and the city Department of Public Works Bureau of Street Services.

The meeting, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., will be at the Westminster Elementary School auditorium, 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd., Venice.

The meeting is intended to provide information on when streets will be repaved and the process involved in getting sidewalks resurfaced.

The meeting will also provide information on streets, trees and sidewalks, including median maintenance, tree trimming, slurry seal, street maintenance and the micropaver system.

Bill Robertson, general manager of the Bureau of Street Services, is also scheduled to review and discuss the city’s street service program.
